Career Summary

Maddie joined TMCM in 2021, with a previous background in events management. She delivers high‑quality administrative support to a number of key clients, including a major banking corporation and a leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investor business, while also serving as Account Manager for another client.

In 2025, Maddie expanded her responsibilities to include supporting the administration of Thomas Miller’s own insurance programme. She is currently studying toward the Certificate in Insurance and has recently been appointed to the Thomas Miller Isle of Man social committee, where she enjoys contributing to the planning of staff events and involvement across the office.
